AutomationHow to Build a Comment-to-DM Flow That Feels Human
Set up keyword automations that collect the right detail, send a useful link, and still leave room for a teammate to jump in.

1. Pick One Keyword
Start with a single word that matches an offer you can fulfill this week, such as MENU or BOOK. Too many keywords make the flow feel noisy.
- Put the keyword in the caption and the first comment
- Send a DM that answers the actual request
- Include one tracked link, not three
2. Handoff Without Friction
Automation should stop when the customer asks something unique. A teammate who can see the original post and the collected details will sound human, not scripted.
